These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zk99.app. By accessing or using the zk99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Players must be 21 years of age or older. Use of the zk99 platform by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and wagering requirements where applicable.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible game conditions as disclosed at the time of offer. Abuse of bonus terms may result in account suspension.
Each player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. zk99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to player negligence.

By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms and policies published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Important: If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and not create or maintain an Account. Continued use of zk99 constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Services. This age restriction is strictly enforced. zk99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including MyKad or passport. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.
The 21+ age restriction applies to all casino-style games, sports betting, poker, and Toto 4D-style products on the zk99 Platform.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that access to and use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or are located at the time of use. zk99 makes no representation that the Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and zk99 accepts no liability in that regard.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are prohibited. zk99 may close duplicate accounts and withhold associated balances pending investigation. Players who believe they may have inadvertently created a duplicate account should contact support immediately.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. zk99 relies on the information provided during registration for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming obligations. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. zk99 will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
zk99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: (a) suspected breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity or attempted fraud; (c) age verification failure; (d) requests received under applicable legal processes; (e) Player-initiated self-exclusion requests; or (f) failure to comply with zk99's responsible gaming procedures.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. zk99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee on inactive accounts, the amount of which will be disclosed to the Player by email prior to application. Players wishing to reactivate an inactive Account should contact support.
All deposits to a zk99 Account must be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own name. zk99 supports the following payment channels for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and FPX. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the zk99 Platform are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:
Transparency Commitment: zk99 displays live Wagering Requirement progress in every Player's Account dashboard. There are no hidden conditions added to bonuses after acceptance.
All games available on the zk99 Platform operate in accordance with published game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before participating.
In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including but not limited to disconnections, server interruptions, or game malfunctions — zk99 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the round fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the Player's Account balance. zk99 will not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable technical control.
zk99 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where the displayed odds, payout multipliers, or game outcomes were the result of a manifest technical error or data feed failure. Players who are aware of a discrepancy and continue to place bets in exploitation of such an error will have all associated winnings voided and may face Account suspension.
Any attempt to use software tools, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or coordination with other Players to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes immediate grounds for Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Players agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or contrary to these Terms. Without limitation, the following conduct is expressly prohibited:
All content on the zk99 Platform, including but not limited to the zk99 brand name and logo, game content, software, user interface design, text, graphics, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of zk99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Player is granted any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, or exploit any zk99 intellectual property except to the extent necessary for the personal use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zk99 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or these Terms, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
zk99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits zk99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
zk99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, zk99 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice to active Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms should close their Account and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to zk99's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between a Player and zk99 arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to the relevant governing gaming authority or, where applicable, to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause prevents a Player from exercising any statutory consumer rights available to them under Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
